Ripponlea consists of a large open plan kitchen living and dining area with a large bay window with views across the valley. The space is bright and open, decorated beautifully with comfy sofas and armchairs around a lovely fireplace for cosy evenings. There is a great walk-in pantry, with fridge and freezer plus lots of storage as well as a huge dining table to sit around with all the family or to work from while looking out at the garden.


There are three (3) bedrooms, one large master suite to the front with a bay window and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second double room also has its own bathroom with shower and finally there is a twin room, perfect for kids, teens or any other guests. The ample main bathroom consists of a shower as well as a bath. At the centre of the house is a large bright hall with a great desk to work from and shelving with books to read.

The Garden
One of the best aspects of Ripponlea is not only its homely interior, but the outside open space garden surrounds. Filled with attractive shrubs, trees and flowers, the garden is a wonderful place to relax. There is an elevated decking area looking out across stunning scenery, there is a large outdoor table, lounge chairs and a bbq. A bistro table sits near the front door and is the perfect place to have a morning coffee or an evening drink. A huge lawn area to the right of the house means there is plenty of private space for the entire family to be in comfortably. Ripponlea also boasts good driveway access with lots of private parking space both at the front and rear of the house.
